Who handles the data
Aether Platform, CNPJ 60.497.731/0001-16, is the controller of the data on this corporate website (aetherplatform.app). Any privacy request, including to the data protection officer (DPO), goes to contact@aetherplatform.app.
What we use it for
Form data serves a single purpose: to answer your message and understand your company. We do not sell or transfer your data, and we do not use it for third-party marketing. We pass it on only under a valid court or administrative order. Legal bases under the LGPD: preliminary steps related to a contract (art. 7, V) and legitimate interest in abuse prevention (art. 7, IX). Usage measurement with Google Analytics relies on your consent (art. 7, I).
What we collect
What you send: name, email, company and the answers to each form's questions. Forms reach us by transactional email (Resend, processed in the US).
If you book a time in the diagnostic scheduling step, the data you enter there stays with Google (Google Calendar), which handles it under its own policy and may use its own cookies.
The technical minimum: the IP address of each submission stays 60 seconds in server memory, only to prevent abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person filled in the form, and Cloudflare Web Analytics measures site usage, without cookies and without identifying you. The language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) is essential, and you can delete it at any time. There are no advertising cookies.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google, processed in the US) to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, where the visit came from, device type and browser, approximate country and city, and when a form is submitted. We never send Google your name, email, phone number or anything you wrote.
It only sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*, valid for up to 13 months) if you accept in the cookie notice. The legal basis is consent (LGPD art. 7, I; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Without it, no Google cookie is set: Google receives only cookieless signals, which cannot recognize you across visits and are used to estimate usage in aggregate. Google Signals and ad personalization are turned off.
Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months. To change it or withdraw consent at any time, use "Cookie preferences" in the footer of any page. When you decline, we delete this site's Google Analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation lasts. If it ends without moving forward, we delete the records within 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights (LGPD)
You can confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, request deletion or portability, revoke consent and find out who we share it with. We respond within 15 business days, at contact@aetherplatform.app.
