§MEMO 002 · CUSTOMERS
Tailor-made vertical solutions

An ERP built around your operation — not the other way around.

Aether builds tailor-made vertical solutions for companies with complex operations, on a foundation that already includes governance, audit and fiscal compliance. What is specific to your business gets built; what is common is already there.

§01 · WHY THERE ARE NO LOGOS HERE

Your operation is a competitive advantage. It doesn't go on display.

Aether is a new platform, and every deployment happens under a confidentiality agreement. We do not publish a name, sector or logo before its time.

The same confidentiality applies to your company from the first conversation. Instead of a wall of logos, this page shows what matters more to decision-makers: who the platform was built for, what you receive, and how the decision is made on evidence.

Silence about a customer's name is not lack of proof. It is respect for a contract.

§02 · WHO AETHER WAS BUILT FOR

Companies whose operation doesn't fit an off-the-shelf ERP

If three of the four points below describe your company, the conversation tends to pay off quickly.

  1. CRITERION 01

    Real fiscal and operational complexity

Multiple fiscal obligations, audits required by customers or regulators, several units operating within the same company. An operation where the system has to get the detail right, not just the headline.

  2. CRITERION 02

Processes that are a competitive advantage

Commercial rules, approval limits and flows the market doesn't have — and that a generic ERP forces you to work around with spreadsheets, expensive customization or permanent consulting.

  3. CRITERION 03

Leadership that treats ERP as infrastructure

ERP as the point where process, governance and data converge — not a back-office cost to minimize, but the foundation on which the operation makes decisions.

  4. CRITERION 04

Ambition to consolidate, not to integrate one more system

If the goal is to plug one more tool into the current stack, there are cheaper options. Aether delivers the most when the ambition is to bring several tools together into a single solution designed for the operation.

If this describes your company, entering now means designing the solution together with the people who build the platform.

§03 · WHAT THE FIRST COMPANIES RECEIVE

Five advantages that exist only in the initial portfolio

The initial portfolio has three slots. Once it closes, these conditions are no longer offered.

  1. 01

    Direct access to the founder

No layered support funnel. The person who designed the platform takes part in deployment conversations, prioritization and incident reviews.

  2. 02

A roadmap that responds to your operation

Needs specific to your domain come first, not later. The roadmap order is negotiated with the companies in the initial portfolio.

  3. 03

    Initial-phase commercial terms

A fixed fee per company, defined from what your operation needs, with terms specific to the initial period — terms that won't be repeated later.

  4. 04

A dedicated environment for your operation

An instance and database of its own. Your operation does not share its execution environment with another customer's.

  5. 05

A solution shaped by your operation

What is built for your company starts from your rules, not from a generic template adapted in a hurry.

§04 · HOW THE SOLUTION IS BUILT

BUILD PRINCIPLE

What is specific to your operation gets built — records, screens, rules, approval limits and reports. What every serious company needs is already there — governance, audit trail, fiscal compliance and AI that respects permissions.

Detailed cases, with numbers, are published only when the customer authorizes it.

§05 · BEFORE ANY PROPOSAL

You decide on evidence, not on promises

No salesperson and no scripted demo. It is a conversation between the people who know the operation and the people who build the platform, at the depth your technical team asks for.

  1. STEP 01

    Operational diagnostic

We map where the operation gets stuck today, the regulatory obligations and what the new system will inherit. Output: an honest read of what is worth building first.

  2. STEP 02

    Closed-scope proposal

Scope, success criteria, timeline and owners defined before starting. No open-ended project.

  3. STEP 03

    Technical depth on demand

We open up architecture, governance and the compliance model at the depth your technical team asks for. If an NDA is required before reading, we follow that path.

Even if the conversation stops at the assessment, the read of your operation stays with your company.

§06 · NEXT STEP

Start with an assessment of your operation

A direct conversation with the founder about where your operation gets stuck and what would be worth building first. You decide the next step afterwards — with a scope in hand.

ADHERENCE PRINCIPLES

What the platform adheres to today

  • LGPDCompatible architecture

Data processing model with a named legal basis, declared retention and data subject rights put into operation.

  • Continuous audit trailIn Homologation

Sensitive operational events recorded with author, scope and context recoverable for external audit.

  • Session-context isolationIn Homologation

Each user sees only what their context allows — closed by default.

  • Segregation of dutiesIn Homologation

Separation-of-authority rules enforced in the access profile and in the approval flow, not just on paper.

  • Formal certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2)Next steps

Formal certification after the first operation stabilizes, with no set date.
