Homologation, in the Brazilian sense of the term.
The platform exists and is being validated capability by capability, against real operating scenarios, before being declared available as a general commercial product. This is not a consumer SaaS beta.
In practice: the platform delivers what this page describes as ready, and new customers enter by invitation — not through open sign-up —, with each deployment closely accompanied.

§03 · WHAT IT IS NOT YET
Honesty about present limits.
Outside Brazil
The tax obligations covered today are Brazilian. The platform was designed for other countries, activated based on demand.
Entry without invitation
There is no open sign-up. Entry starts with an assessment, with a controlled number of deployments.
Multiple regions
Each customer's environment runs in a single region. High availability across regions is among the next steps.
Formal certifications
ISO 27001 and SOC 2 have not been audited yet. Certification comes after the first operation stabilizes.
Data subject requests
Data retention and deletion already work. Data subject requests are still handled by the team, not by the system.
§04 · EDITORIAL STANCE
How we keep this page honest.
This page is updated before any commercial pitch. When a capability moves from homologation to production, the text here changes first — other materials change afterward.
Nothing appears as 'available soon' without having effectively entered homologation. Nothing is mentioned as a milestone without being one. If a principle described here ceases to hold, it comes off here before it comes off the platform.
Transparency about stage is part of the contract with whoever reads this page.
§05 · NEXT STEP
Entering now offers a return that won't exist two years from now.
The initial window closes once the three slots are filled. Whoever enters now gains direct access to the founder, real influence over priorities and commercial terms that won't be repeated.
